Product description
Recombinant CRISPR-Cas9 protein is an endonuclease derived from Streptococcus pyogenes and purified from E.coli. It can be guided by sgRNA (single guide RNA) to specifically cut double-stranded DNA, and can be used for gene editing of various cells including mammalian cells. The protein contains a His tag at the N-terminus and a nuclear localization signal (NLS) at the C-terminus. The production process complies with GMP standards and can be widely used in the cutting and editing of target DNA sequences in vivo and in vitro.
